Shoe Shine Shack Inc. cares about helping you look your best. You can trust us to follow all best practices when it comes to caring for your shoes, hats, and bags. We inspect each item at drop-off and walk you through the process, which we undertake with all proper tools, brushes, cleansers, conditioners—whatever your item needs to bring it back to life. We make sure to take photos immediately at drop-off for our records (and because we love to share before-and-afters on our social media).

If your items are flawed, defective, damaged, or weakened from wear and tear or other strain and trauma, we’ll do our best with them, but items in such condition can be susceptible to tears or holes, colour loss or bleeding, shrinkage, etc. Even the process of cleaning and laundering can put your item at risk. We’ll outline potential risks with you during our drop-off consultation, but please understand that Shoe Shine Shack is not liable for any damage incurred during cleaning, regardless of brand, age of item, or condition at drop-off, nor is Shoe Shine Shack obligated to offer any remedy outside store policy.
